Wow, what a week..three hero wods in a row. We definitely stronger (physically and mentally) this week. Great work for the folks that made it in despite the hetic holiday schedule. Lets have an awesome 2012!!!

rx'd 31:05..thought I would go sub 27..but after all the other work this week just wasnt meant to be..happy with effort..running with the barbell was super awkward could not find any comfortable way to carry that thing. ropes werent bad..could have maybe done thrusters in sets of 6s instead of 4s..see ya 2011..ready to take on a new year of challenges!!

Brutal. This workout was physically exhausting and mentally challenging...I needed it. Did all 3 runs with a 45lb plate...horrible! finished in 33:09
