I looked uo this workout last night and thought it looked easy, well, easier than other workouts we've done. It wasn't. I thought my legs were going to stop working. Time was 24:07.

HARD workout. I was trying to keep each run under 1:30. I definetly did that. I went 1:12, 1:12, 1:15, 1:15, 1:17, 1:19, 1:20, and then pushed hard for a final 1:14. I finished with a total of 20:38. Very happy with this.

Sprints are always tough...watched Scott go 20:38 this morning so thought I would go sub 20..didnt happen, ran my splits in 1:09,1:14,1:24,1:28,1:30,1:32,1:33,1:24..21:37 could not keep power output where I wanted it..gotta do more sprint work!

I look forward to workouts with a run in them, this was a good one! My splits ranged from 1:25 to 1:39, time was 22:57.
