Shoulder press was good. Got to 60lbs. Enjoyed partnering with Jessica. She is awesome! Very inspirational! Swung the 35lb Kettle Bell. It was super tough. Have a feeling Les wont let me back down on that one now ... as he would say "I got stronger today!"

Nice workout this morning. Shoulder press is something I needed to work on strengthening. The last time I did my 1rm for shoulder press I did 120. Today I did 2rm 95,100,105,110,115,120 once and then failed the second time. I think it was more of a mental thing, because I really felt I could get that. Tried again and got it! 120, then got 125, with a bounce in the first rep. Then got 125 again 2 solid reps, no bounce. And finished off with 130 once. PR!!!! Happy with the results. Finished with death by kettlebells workout. Got up to 18 reps before I was gassed out.

I really enjoyed this workout today. Shoulder presses were good and I needed to work on them. I went 2RM 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 150, 155PR, 160f. The last time I did shoulder press, I got 1RM 160, so I was happy to get 2 reps at 155. Death by KB was a beast...I used the 2 -pood. The first minute I went 7 reps and I was not able to get 17 reps in the last minute. So I got 128 KB swings total (7-16 + 13).

Today's workout was pretty awesome. Today was the 1st time doing shoulder press & I got pressed gassed towards the end of them so I can definitely use some more work. I did 95, 100, 105, 110, 110-1, 110-1, 100, 100(assisted), 100(assisted). Did 12 complete rounds of KB w/ 53lbs.

On shoulder press, I maxed at 58 lbs. Did 58 for rounds 6-10. Bounced on 2nd rep in round 8. Failed in round 10. On death by kettle bell, I was short 1 rep in my 16th round swinging the 35lb KB. Wish I had gotten to 60 lbs max. Tried in round 1, but failed.

shoulder press workout - 45, 55, 60, 65, 75, 85 (miss), 80 (miss), 80 (1), 80 (1), 80 (1).
Kettle bell workout - completed round of 20 swings then broke on set 21, went 6 then 9.
I really liked todays workout. It was fun but hard.

Little disappointed with the shoulder press #s..115,120,125,130,135,140-1,135-1,130,115,115..big weakness of mine gotta start training shoulders heavy more often
Death by kb..2pd (70lb) started w/10 and made it to 15 of the round of 18

Shoulder press did all rounds at 65 with 3 of the rounds doing 1 rep of 70. Need to work on my strength. Kettle bell swings were not bad was able to do all reps unbroken at 40 lbs.

I liked this workout. Since I have very little upper body strength todays workout was important. 45,50, 55 needed help at 60, 55, 50, 50, 45. Death by kettle was SO easy the first couple of rounds. I died at 12 w/ 25lb bell.
