Yuck! This one was as bad as it sounded. I finished in 29:55. Did handstand pushups to 8 pads, blue banded pull ups & 35 lb KB. The burpees really got me. I had to break them up into 10's.

This workout destroyed my shoulders. I strained my back deadlifting on Saturday, so I had to scale the situps, I did everything else. Did handstand pushups to 6 pads...finished in 16:36
