9:15 rx'd.
Run: R1=1:38, R2=tried to keep pace, R3=felt myself slow down.
Kettlebell swings: all rounds snatched & pushed for a fast pace.
Pull Ups: R1&2=unbroken butterfly, R3=9 butterfly + 1 kip + 2 butterfly (stayed on bar for whole set).
Missed my PR by 2 seconds (PR 9:13). Would have made a new PR if I wouldn't have stopped on 3rd set of PUs.
