Kettle bell swings: unbroken every round.
Box jumps: unbroken every round.
Ring dips: R1=5+2+3, R2=3+2+2+1+1+1, R3=2+2+2+1+1+1+1, R4=2+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1, R5=2+1+1+1+1.
My dips killed me!
