I know everyone is sore from the last few days, myself included. Helen will be a good workout to blowout all that lactic acid, just gotta get loose and warm and you will be OK.

9:23 rx'd.
1st 400m run was back by 1:28 (10 seconds faster than last time).
2nd & 3rd 400s were definitely slower paced, my legs felt like lead.
kettle bells: unbroken and snatched
pull ups: all sets unbroken and no stops on the bar.
My goal with this WOD was to run the first 400 faster and do all pull ups unbroken. I made this goal. Next time i have to pick up the pace on the other two runs.
