5 rounds + 7 hs push ups + 7 thrusters + 6 knees to elbows. Rx'd
was able to do all sets of everything unbroken except thrusters. on thrusters went unbroken first set then 4+3 on the rest. i was able to do the knees to elbows and pull ups all connected, no stops on the bar. Where i lost time was in between exercises. I would wait a long time, at least a minute.
